Dominic’s goal and vision is to create a nurturing and safe place where success minded practitioners can be inspired and motivated, but also be given the real life tools and proven systems needed that will allow you to reach your potential professionally, personally, and financially.

Dominic is a board certified acupuncturist, practice building coach and consultant, and author of  Automatic Practice Success, which has been read by acupuncturist in 10 different countries around the world.  He has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 2001.

He has always believed that the human body has an amazing potential to help itself and, if given the right opportunity, it can. Having this mindset, he believes that taking a more holistic and natural approach to health is the best thing you can do.  He also has a passion for business but was not interested in just making money, he really wanted to have a career where he could help people and also achieve financial success.  So after graduating from West Chester University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in the Health Sciences and Sports Medicine field, he went to acupuncture school.  In 2001, he graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. 

While in acupuncture school, he had no doubt that acupuncture and Chinese medicine worked, after all it has been around for thousands of years, but he was also very passionate about the practice management and business aspect of the profession.  He knew that one of the biggest challenges ahead was going to be showing people how his services were going to help them.  He also realized that in order to have a successful practice you would have to be very organized and methodical about building your practice.  Despite having this knowledge, he still found it challenging when he got out of school.  It was not that he didn’t understand what needed to be done, but he didn’t have the ‘How To’. When he started networking with more experienced acupuncturists, most of which had been in practice for three years or more, he realized that he was already achieving the same level of success being in practice less than a year. 

To make a long story short, over the years Dominic has studied, and attended seminars on business, marketing, advertising, and practice building.  He studied all types of professions and businesses to find out what works well and what does not.  He also had the opportunity to work in a very successful and high volume clinic where he was able to contribute his knowledge to help the practice become even more successful. 

Which brings us to the present; there is no reason why you should not have a busy and successful practice of your own.  It is such a great time to be in the alternative and holistic health care profession. The wonderful skills and knowledge that you possess can truly help people improve their lives!

The sad truth is that many practitioners are frustrated, working too much, and not achieving the growth they desire in their practice.  It is not because they are not good at what they do, but because they were not given the right tools and education to run a successful practice.  Dominic has been there and he understands your frustrations, struggles, and fears associated with running a practice but he is here to let you know that you are not alone.  Dominic is passionate about creating a community of success minded practitioners that can be supported and taught how to reach their full potential as an acupuncturist.  He looks forward to helping you in any way possible!
